All of our products are proudly made in Ontario, Canada, and are typically shipped within 1–2 business days of purchase.
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, before 5:00 PM (EST).

Domestic Shipping (Within Canada)

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 6–9 business days

Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–6 business days

If you require urgent delivery, please contact us before placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, sales events, or peak seasons.

Order Handling & Delivery

Once your order is packed and prepared, it is handed over to Canada Post or a trusted third-party courier to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Please be aware that JewelryCo is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen in transit or after delivery. Any claims regarding lost or missing packages must be filed directly with the shipping carrier. Although we strive to ship & deliver orders on time, delays caused by shipping carriers or weather conditions are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Customs & Tariffs for international shoppers

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees once they arrive in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
