Shipping Information

All of our products are proudly made in Ontario, Canada, and are typically shipped within 1–2 business days of purchase.
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, before 5:00 PM (EST).

Domestic Shipping (Within Canada)

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 6–9 business days

Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–6 business days

If you require urgent delivery, please contact us before placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, sales events, or peak seasons.

Order Handling & Delivery

Once your order is packed and prepared, it is handed over to Canada Post or a trusted third-party courier to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Please be aware that JewelryCo is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen in transit or after delivery. Any claims regarding lost or missing packages must be filed directly with the shipping carrier. Although we strive to ship & deliver orders on time, delays caused by shipping carriers or weather conditions are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding. The shipping times mentioned on our website is the estimate time provided by shipping company. Please note that transit times can vary more or less depending on shipping company's capacity. Orders are not eligible for refunds for delays caused by shipping company.

Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and that someone is available to receive the package when delivery is attempted.

If no one is available at the time of delivery, the carrier may attempt to redeliver the package according to their delivery policy. If all delivery attempts are unsuccessful and the package is returned to us as undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.

As all of our jewelry is custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, refunded, or exchanged due to missed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect a package from the carrier. Reshipping fees must be paid before the order can be sent again.

Customs & Tariffs for international shoppers

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees once they arrive in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our product or shipping prices. Please note that we have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
