We gladly offer returns for a full product refund or product exchange within 14 days of the delivery date. Return shipping fee paid by the buyer.

Exclusions:
Please note that personalized or custom-made pieces — including any items that are cut or engraved to order (such as name, initial, or year necklaces, rings, earrings, bracelets, anklets, etc.) — are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Quality Control:
All returned items must be in unworn and original condition. If our quality control team determines that an item shows signs of wear or damage, we will be unable to process the return.
